Momerath requested more blog exposure. This is probably because she's the most diva-rific cat ever and is convinced of her superiority over all living things. So I'm obliging with these photos, taken a few days before Christmas.
Momerath's favorite perch is in the front living room window of our house. She surveys her domain (the front yard) from this window:
We can see her watching whenever we pull into the driveway.
I can't figure out how she doesn't fall since there isn't much of a ledge for her to sit on. But she sleeps up there, stretches and does other cat things.
Orion is a sweetheart and just wants to hang out. He's fine resting on the floor or the couch. He doesn't even mind too much when we dress him up. Which is often, because he's more likely to sit still than Momerath.
He also liked sniffing Christmas ornaments during the holidays.
Above, he's investigating the Aubie ornament, which is appropriate since Aubie is an orange tiger, and the mascot for Auburn University (our alma mater). Orion knows the best cats are orange with stripes.
